1T Series Stone Deck Ovens: These ovens offer even temperature control from top to bottom and front to back. The ranges use a self-contained shot injection on each deck for crusty artisanal bread. Of course, they bake the 18" x 26" sheet pans per deck and offer up to 4 tiers or more.
2T Series Stone Deck Ovens: The 2T ovens use an electronic control board for each chamber independently; they are brightly lit and utilize low amperage electric operation.
3T Series Stone Deck Ovens: 3T Series ovens allow even temperature control and self-contained shot injection on each deck for crusty bread. With a 1" thick refractory stone deck and stacks up to four decks, these ovens genuinely deliver.

CAX CIRCLE AIR ROTATING RACK OVENS

CIRCLE AIR OVEN PROOFERS
