Over the course of my career, both before joining Dave and Joe at High Sabatino and since coming on board nearly 20 years ago, the one thing that's obvious to me is that people matter. In some cases, you spend more time with colleagues and coworkers than you do with your own family, so to have the ability to work with great people day in, day out, is a true blessing.

While that may be great for me, though, what does it mean to you, our partners, and our customers? I'd like to walk you through some of those reasons now.

### We believe in making it easy.

Have you been to your local big-box store lately or have you dealt with staffing shortages in your favorite business? For many reasons, customer service is taking a hit right now as people who hire are having a hard time finding people looking for work. Foodservice is certainly at the center of this conversation, and that's why our team at High Sabatino sticks together to provide world-class service. We love what we do, and it shows. We want our interactions to be as easy and pleasant as possible.

### We believe in doing what's right.

If a magical team comes from great people, the great people are the ones who try to do what's right. What does that mean? Our team works to provide the right solution for the challenges, not the one we want to sell. Our team believes in honesty and accountability. Our team likes to help. In so many ways, our core beliefs as a company are simply to just do what's right by our customers and our partners.
