Who Is Hatco?
Founded in 1950, Hatco recognized the need for foodservice operations to sanitize their dishware. They responded by developing an Electric Booster Water Heater, which generated 180°F (82°C) sanitizing rinse water. This soon became industry standard, and Hatco's products have been raising the bar ever since.
In the 1970s, the company introduced the foodwarmer product lines, which grew to include Portable Foodwarmers, and then added humidity to a heated cabinet to produce Flav-R-Savor® Display Cabinets. During the '80s and '90s, Hatco introduced many products in the show-and-sell and self-serve areas as convenience stores, delis, and kiosks.
In the past decade, Hatco’s equipment line has extended with new and innovative solutions, including Flav-R-Savor® Energy Efficient Holding Cabinets; Drop-In Hot/Cold Wells; Heated Glass Shelf Modular; Intelligent Toast-Qwik® Conveyor Toasters; Multi-Contact Grills; Electric Salamander; Soup Stations; Hot/Cold Built-In Shelves; Rice Drawer Warmers; Mini Vertical Warmer; Chef LED Light Bulbs; and the Rapide Cuisine® Induction Ranges.
Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and with a factory on Sturgeon Bay, Hatco has pride that carries over into every piece that's produced.
